How can I book my tour?

By booking in advance you will always be sure to get the cheapest prices. You will receive your booking confirmation via email (please always be sure to check your spam folder). You can also book your tour on the phone or thought What’sApp by contacting our customer service line (+505 78552367).
What payment methods are available?
There are several payment methods available?
- Online payments: Paypal, Bank transfer for accounts in Germany and Austria (EUR) and also in Nicaragua (USD).
- Directly at the tour office: Cash payments only in American Dollars (USD) or Córdobas (NIO).
Can I rebook or cancel my tour?
Yes, you can change your booking via e-mail or phone call up to 12 hours before your departure.
Cancelling & new booking:
If you would like to change a tour, please follow these steps:
- Check whether your desired new tour is available.
- Change your previous booking via e-mail or phone call.
- Book your new tour. You will receive a new booking confirmation e-mail.
Can I book a tour for someone else?
Yes, that's not a problem. Please note that the booking confirmation e-mail is always sent to the e-mail address provided. Please make sure that the person for whom you book gets the confirmation e-mail from you.
