BEFORE THE TOUR ​

How can I book my tour?
The easiest way to book your tour is through our website http://www.volcanoboarding.net/contact.html or via e-mail: volcanoboarding@outlook.com. By booking in advance you will always be sure to get the cheapest prices. You will receive your booking confirmation via email (please always be sure to check your spam folder). You can also book your tour on the phone or thought What’sApp by contacting our customer service line (+505 78552367).
 
What payment methods are available? 
There are several payment methods available?
     - Online payments: Paypal, Bank transfer for accounts in Germany and Austria (EUR) and also in Nicaragua (USD).
     - Directly at the tour office: Cash payments only in American Dollars (USD) or Córdobas (NIO).

Can I rebook or cancel my tour? 
Yes, you can change your booking via e-mail or phone call up to 12 hours before your departure.
Cancelling & new booking:
If you would like to change a tour, please follow these steps:
             - Check whether your desired new tour is available.
             - Change your previous booking via e-mail or phone call.
             - Book your new tour. You will receive a new booking confirmation e-mail.

Can I book a tour for someone else?  
Yes, that's not a problem. Please note that the booking confirmation e-mail is always sent to the e-mail address provided. Please make sure that the person for whom you book gets the confirmation e-mail  from you.

Which tour company organizes the tours?
We have created a special partnership with Volcano Day Nicaragua. Volcano Day is one of the most competitive tour companies in León, Nicaragua. It was recently ranked #1 on TripAdvisor for best outdoors activities in northwest Nicaragua, it has the best camping equipment in town and a multi-cultural staff and it gives you more value for your money.

DURING YOUR TOUR

Can the pick-up be at a specific address?
Yes, it’s possible, but it depends on the location and distance, please give us full details of the address during booking. Please note that some restrictions may apply.

I'm going to be late. Will my tour wait for me?  
Our tours are tied to a strict timetable. Therefore it is not possible for us to wait for any late customer under any circumstances. We recommend that you give yourself plenty of time and arrive at your pick-up location at least 10 minutes before your departure time.

Do the tour guides speak English?
Our tours guides are bilingual (Spanish and English). Sometimes we may even have tour guides that speak German, French or Dutch.

What about if I do not have the equipment?
We provide hiking and camping equipment to the client if needed. Any items needed by the client are to be announced at least by the time of signing in to a tour. The client agrees to treat the borrowed items with all necessary caution, to ask for advice on their use in case of doubts and to replace items that have been broken or are missing after the trip. If the equipment is damaged/lost, you will have to pay 50% of the total price of the item.  

AFTER YOUR TOUR

I would like to give you feedback about my tour. Where can I do this? 
After using our service, you should receive a questionnaire from us by email. Your feedback is important to us, so please complete the questionnaire. ​

You didn’t receive a questionnaire after your last tour?
​Please feel free to send us an e-mail with your thoughts/comments.

I have left something on the transport/office. What should I do? 
If you have lost or found something during our tours, just notify us or call our customer service team on: +505 78552367, we will help you as soon as we can. However we are not responsible for lost or forgotten items.
